The dyeing is at a fantastic weekend at Tullah for all things fibre in January.

I have some more photos to up load . The last one worked well . I have a bundle in the pressure cooker with some rose leaves soaked in iron and rhubarb leaves. I t looks really good just now. I am about to dye some Afghan crochet pieces in English Leicester yarn I think they will be cushions.
Productive day I have also written a workshop proposal for a class in natural dyeing at a fantastic new fibre event in the new year. It will be at a small village in the wilderness of Tasmania`s West Coast on the edge of the Tarkine forests. It is the first time it has been held and I am really looking forward to it.
